In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU, customers within the EU have the right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving goods. Return conditions: • Unworn, unused • Original packaging and tags • No signs of damage or odor Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Refunds are processed within 30 days after inspection and issued via the original payment method or bank transfer. Exclusions from withdrawal: • Custom or personalized goods • Goods made to customer specification • Hygienic goods once unsealed The Seller may refuse refunds not meeting these conditions.
