These Terms and Conditions govern all sales made through the FOGHART online store operated by Adam Orlovsky (the “Seller”). By placing an order, the customer agrees to be legally bound by these Terms. FOGHART operates on a limited-drop and pre-order model. Product availability is not guaranteed after sell-out. The Seller reserves the right to discontinue any product without notice. A binding contract is formed upon written order confirmation. The Seller may cancel or refuse orders in cases including but not limited to: • Fraud suspicion • Abusive behavior • Pricing or system errors • Violation of intellectual property • Resale abuse or bulk purchasing manipulation The Seller is not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages, including loss of profits, business interruption or reputational harm.
dispute resolution & governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic and applicable EU law. EU customers may use the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform. International customers agree that disputes shall be resolved under Slovak jurisdiction unless mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise. Prior to litigation, parties agree to attempt amicable resolution within 30 days.
